Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Canada: 10–18 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 14–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or local postal conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We regularly offer free shipping promotions — check the banner at the top of our store for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the email.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. WellDesked is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking information first. If the package appears stuck or lost, contact us at support@welldesked.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. WellDesked is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
